Part print, CAD model, and machine profile come in through a secure, NDA-gated portal. The job is logged, the deadline tracked, and it's assigned same-day.
Toolpath Programming
A technical rep builds the virtual stock environment and programs roughing and finishing toolpaths, calculating feeds and speeds from the material specification.
Independent Peer Review
A second rep — who did not write the program — runs full virtual simulation: axis-limit overtravel, toolholder collisions, raw-stock gouges.
Delivery & Invoicing
Verified G-code, tool setup sheets, and coordinate templates are delivered through the secure portal. Invoicing goes out the same day.
